Marketing :: Communications :: Editing

I produce videos as a freelance journalist and communications professional. My skills include interviewing, generating subtitles and graphics, writing and voicing scripts, and DLSR videography.

Portrait of a Beijinger

In 2014, I collaborated with cinematographer Abel Blanco to produce the short documentary series Portrait of a Beijinger. Profiling ordinary Beijingers with extraordinary stories, each episode includes a written and photographic essay.

The Australian National University

As Senior Communications Adviser at the ANU College of Asia & the Pacific, I'm responsible for marketing more than a dozen language programs. I've developed campaigns, supported by video, that highlight the student experience and unique selling points of our programs online and on-campus.

International School of Beijing

I produced, edited, and narrated dozens of videos as Communications Specialist for the International School of Beijing (ISB) between 2014 through to 2017. Working with multimedia specialist Abel Blanco, our videos highlighted ISB's Strategic Plan in action and gave viewers a unique window in the academic and co-curricular life at the School. You can see more videos here.

I wrote and voiced scripts for hundreds of news stories as a copy editor at CCTV News, the English news channel of China Central Television. You can see more videos here.
